Payment can be made on our website using a credit or debit card. We process payments using Yoco. You can also pay via EFT and we'll send you an invoice. If you choose to do this, we can reduce the price of your Bubble House by R500 as it means we do not need to pay the card processing fees. Please email kayla@balloom.co.za to request an invoice for payment.

We do not offer a warranty and are not responsible for damages. If your Bubble House arrives with you and is damaged, please let us know straight away. You must let us know within 48 hours of delivery for us to be able to rectify.

All Bubble Houses come with a powerful air blower to inflate the dome, along with an electric pump to inflate the entrance. You will also receive a small amount of balloons and some extra PVC material to patch up any repairs.

All sales are FINAL and we do not offer refunds. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within two days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assist you. If the unit was damaged or lost during transport a claim will need to be filed with the courier to proceed with a replacement/refund.

We are here to support all of our customers after they purchase a Bubble House from us. We can share lots of tips on the type of extra equipment needed to set-up, as well as give general advice on balloon styling for events and providing details of our suppliers for 100% natural, bio-degradable balloons.
