1. All inflatable sales are final. You must inspect your unit, inflater and blower as soon as you receive your package and contact us within 48 hours if any items are damaged or defected. If you contact us in this period we will aim to replace your order within the time frame set by our manufacturer. If any of your items are damaged or lost during transport, you will need to make a claim directly with the courier and we will assist with this process. If we deem reported damage to be caused by you after receiving the products, we reserve the right to refuse to replace your order.

 

2. We are not responsible for any damages to the inflatable or accompanying products during its usage indefinitely.

 

3. We are not responsible for the safety of anyone using the inflatable during its usage indefinitely.

 

4. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

5. You agree to pay the relevant country's "Customs Charge" upon delivery of your products. 6. We are not responsible for any delays with shipping.
